About me

Hi, my name is Iona. I am a Professional Art Therapist and I value art as a medium of emotional expression when words can be difficult to articulate. In my previous and current career, I have over 15 years of experience working with neurodiverse children, youth and adults. My objective is to build on my support role to include my passion for art and mental health.

I am passionate about creating a safe, relaxing and empowering space for my clients to become curious and explore. I will work with you to provide the support you need to share your thoughts and feelings through art making in many different mediums which can include:

Services and Rates

In person Art Therapy

50 minute sessions $100

Individual sessions for children, youth, and adults in the Greater Victoria area.
I provide all art supplies needed for sessions and I will discuss meeting locations with you, to determine what suits you best.
My approach is person-centred and trauma informed. Sessions are collaborative and individualized to work on therapeutic goals that are important to you.

Autism funding may cover Art Theray services. Please contact Autism Funding directly to determine eligibility details.
